Dr. Bhavana Chowdary began her medical journey at Guntur Medical College, earned a Gold Medal in MS General Surgery at Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College, Kolar, and completed her super-speciality MCh in Urology under the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore — developing deep expertise in laparoscopic and reconstructive urology.
She has been recognized with the AUA–USI International Travel Fellowship by the American Urological Association, won the Karnataka State-level Urology Quiz, authored a book on Surgical Site Infections, and published eight high-impact research papers in international journals — presenting her work at conferences in Dubai (UAA 2024) and Turkey (SIU 2022).
Known for her patient-friendly, approachable demeanor, she returned home to serve Guntur — bringing metro-level urology care to her own community, in their own language. She consults in Telugu, English, Hindi and Kannada.
